It makes me think that when you are totally busy with things you are enjoying, then, it looks like if time will short itself.

You stand with your love talking and talking and suddenly you realise that time has pass.

You are playing with your kinds or may be with your friends and time flow quickly.

Time can be an awesome dimension.

I invite you to be aware of how time flow in different occasions.

Could be a waste of time or maybe a good investment. You decide.

No need of names

Dear friends,

We have our first testimony from one the members of this growing community.

Krishan sent me this awesome story just a moment ago and I could not bear to show you the beauty of his testimony. Enjoy it!

“Last Sunday I met one new lady at a weekend meditation retreat in Oxfordshire. As soon as I walked into the room where she was present, i felt her presence immediately. Our eyes locked on and we knew there was a spiritual bonding between us two. I went straight over and spoke to her, and funnily enough these words came out of my mouth, 'It is good to see you again for the first time'. I then realised what I had said (my mind done its best to understand, but it could not) and accepted it - God was speaking through me. Our souls had known each other for destiny, and here we were in the physical realm speaking.

We spoke about what brings us here, and how much we are enjoying the experience including the beautiful gardens and sceneric views and flowers around. I then found out that whenever I was speaking to this lady, I felt totally present - time did not exist, neither did worry nor expectations for the future. I could feel the air around me and smell all the aromas surrounding me and this lady. What an experience! Even though I hardly knew this lady as a body, I knew we had met spiritually many times... we shared the same insights, jokes, hobbys and ideas.

The feeling i felt that day was incredible - words are only a limitation to the intense and exact feeling. It can only be experienced. This lady I knew was immense and unique, primarily due to her power of being in the NOW. I admitted this to her, and she said to me that all BEINGS have this capability - they are just too busy worrying about the future or about dramas in the past, and using their head and mind too much instead of their heart and soul. The reason why I am not mentioning this lady's name is not because she doesn't want to be known, it's because it is not necessary. even our names are labels for us, let alone our status, financial background, family ties, position, work titles, body size, etc. We are all pure souls, all of us, completely innocent of any charges and absolutely present and God. we are all enlightened, it's just that this realisation is hidden under several hostile layers in our mind.

I learned from that day also that in order to fully appreciate the world and accept it as it is and have an incredible, unimaginable joy NOW, we need to come out of our minds and stop thought completely, or at least monitor and observe our thoughts and surroundings, not labelling them but just watching like a baby. See things as they are, without using your past and mind. See a tree not as a tree but as a BEING, God's creation or even God itself. It has the same uniqueness as you. It is alive, feel it. Be one with it, as crazy as this may sound this has been scientifically proven using QUANTUM PHYSICS.

Hope this post will help many others find their true meaning and unleash their Godness within

People come into your life for a reason

I would like to share with you something that it has been circulating in Internet for a while. In this occasion I have received this from Tej Samani. I am asking myself why

"PEOPLE COME INTO YOUR LIFE FOR A REASON

I am sending this to you to see how many actually read their e-mail. Your response will be interesting. Pay attention to what you read. After you have finished reading it, you will know the reason it was sent to you. Here goes:

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.


Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.


LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.


Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime."

To Speak and to act

Action speaks by itself

If you have a friend who speaks one thing and does another you could ask yourself if he is really a friend.

Take your time to draw a chart showing how, in a given time, that person said some things and what he did consequently. If there is a difference between what he talks and he does, then, may be you should reconsider your friendship.

Actions speak by themselves.

Sometimes is hard to accept that someone you consider a friend is cheating you. But it is harder to maintain the situation.
