There are no short cuts to excellence

I receive many messages asking my how to excellence quickly and easily. Do not make mistake there are no short cuts to excellence, at least not to real excellence.

Come to my mind something I read some time ago.

“Before a soldier can begin to develop special, elite qualities he must first develop the necessary dedication, character and determination on which to build…and that always begins with basic training. Ask any world – class athlete: it is exactly the same for them. As it is for any profession: there are no short cuts to excellence”. Nigel Foster*

Take special attention to you basics. These are the pillars of your excellence.

What are your basics?

Do you dedicate enough time and effort to reinforce your basics?

Do not hesitate to update your basic training from time to time.

Grow and Win.
